GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Toyota Corolla a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $16,331.63. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $343.73 lagging balance with their lender TTCU Federal Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $22,458.94. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $343.73 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,003.44 or 69.1%
Net settlement increase was $6,127.31 or 37.5%
