GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2021 Jeep Compass a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $23,717.03 Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $843.58 lagging balance with their lender Chrysler Capital after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $25,724.50. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $843.58 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $62.02 or 4.9%.
Net settlement increase was $2,007.47 or 8.5%
