2021 Lexus NX300 Diminished Value
Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Progressive Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2021 Lexus NX300 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $8,494.80.
Progressive Insurance paid $3,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
