Our clients 2011 Chevrolet K-3500 was involved in a hail storm. The repair cost to return the truck back to its pre-loss OEM condition was $29,043.71. Our client’s insurance was with Progressive. Progressive issued an original repair estimate for $19,567.63 before deductible. Our client came to us for assistance with explaining to Progressive what their liability was, in fact, was for a safe and proper repair. After invoking the Appraisal Clause in the policy, we were able to negotiate a safe and proper repair estimate of $27,827.86 before deductible to return our clients 2011 Chevrolet K-3500 back to its pre-loss OEM condition.
