Our Client was involved in a left rear collision. The at-fault party had Texas Farm Bureau Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Chevrolet Malibu back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $6,329.94.
Texas Farm Bureau Insurance paid $2,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
