Our Client was involved in a right rear collision. The at-fault party had Liberty Mutual Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $9,467.53.
Liberty Mutual Insurance paid $1,850.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
