Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Progressive Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $20,776.27.
Progressive Insurance paid $2,459.80 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
