Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Liberty Mutual Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2013 Lexus RX350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $17,095.66.
Liberty Mutual Insurance paid $2,200.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
