Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Progressive Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Maserati Ghibli back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $17,986.90.
Progressive Insurance paid $2,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
