Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had American Access Casualty Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $8,507.46.
American Access Casualty Insurance paid $1,100.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
