State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 GMC Sierra a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $36,539.48.
We successfully settled the claim for $43,585.88. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $888.42 or 80.3%.
Net settlement increase was $7,046.40 or 19.3%
