GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2015 Jeep Renegade a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $11,030.94. Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $766.00 lagging balance with their Regional Acceptance lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $14,801.75. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $766.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $506.41 or 73.0%.
Net settlement increase was $3,770.81 or 34.2%
