Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2022 Chevrolet TrailBrazer a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $27,456.39. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,068.00 lagging balance with their lender Velocity after the Gap Benefit.
We successfully settled the claim for $32,914.88. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $2.068.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $169.81 or 66.7%
Net settlement increase was $5,458.49 or 19.9%
