GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Lexus IS a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $28,598.81. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $728.11 lagging balance with their lender Randolph Brooks FCU.
We successfully settled the claim for $32,486.13. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $728.11 liability. GAP benefit was reduced $1,070.91 or 73.7%.
Net settlement increase was $3,887.32 or 13.6%
