GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2015 Lexus RX350 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $33,207.29. State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,113.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $36,149.36. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,113.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $520.46 or 64.3%
Net settlement increase was $2,942.07 or 8.9%
