Our client’s 2015 Porsche Macan was involved in a rear-end collision. Our client filed a collision claim with his carrier Mercury Insurance for the loss. Mercury insurance deemed the Porsche a Total Loss. Our clients certified collision facility issued a loss statement/repair plan for $32,231.79 to return the Porsche to its pre-loss condition. Our client wanted his Porsche to be repaired to its pre-loss OEM condition.
As a result of going through the appraisal process in the policy, our subsidiary Vehicle Value Experts came to a binding agreement with Mercury Insurance for $32,324.79 as the loss statement/ repair cost to return our clients 2015 Porsche Macan back to its pre-loss condition.
Through the invoking of the Mercury Insurance policy right of appraisal our client was able to get his vehicle repaired back to it’s pre-loss condition.
