State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Honda Fit a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $11,047.43. State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,553.00 lagging balance with their lender Ally Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $13,172.43. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,553.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $53.66 or 12.6%.
Net settlement increase was $2,125.00 or 19.2%
