GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $14,915.44. Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $779.00 lagging balance with their lender SSFCU after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,564.25. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $779.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $608.05 or 68%.
Net settlement increase was $2,648.81 or 17.8%
