GAP Provider Liability Realignment
USAA Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $11,359.67. USAA settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,426.00 lagging balance with their lender Fifth Third after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $14,609.76. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,426.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $0.00.
Net settlement increase was $3,250.09 or 28.6%
