GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Toyota Titan a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $24,235.88. Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $3,532.00 lagging balance with their lender NMAC after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,674.68. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $3,532.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $0.00.
Net settlement increase was 2,438.80 or 10.1%
