GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Ford F150 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $39,059.69. State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $405.00 lagging balance with their lender Ally after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $44,923.63. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $405.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $4,012.69 or 77.9%.
Net settlement increase was $5,863.94 or 15.00%
