GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Jeep Cherokee a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $18,277.52. State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $896.50 lagging balance with their lender Ally after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $19,320.89. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $896.50 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $782.29 or 16%.
Net settlement increase was $1,043.37 or 5.7%
