GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Toyota RAV4 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $18,905.13 Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,983.00 lagging balance with their lender Toyota Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $23,487.69. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,983.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $1,237.30 or 63%
Net settlement increase was $4,582.56 or 24.2%
