GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Travelers Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Chevrolet Impala a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $17,270.94. Travelers settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,280.00 lagging balance with their lender Wells Fargo after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $23,375.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,280.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $3,575.06 or 51.8%.
Net settlement increase was $6,104.06 or 35.3%
