GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 GMC Terrain a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $19,805.92. State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $454.75 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $25,266.52. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $5,460.60 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability 1,761.49 or 77.5%
Net settlement increase was $5,460.60 or 27.6%
