GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Infinity Property Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Nissan Altima a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $22,990.44. Infinity Property settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,970.00 lagging balance with their lender Credit Human.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,808.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,970.00 liability.
Net settlement increase was $3,817.56 or 16.6%
