GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Infinity Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota Camry a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $17,614.13. Infinity settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,600.00 lagging balance with their lender Toyota Motor Credit after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $21,462.50. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,600.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $0.00.
Net settlement increase was $3.848.37 or 21,8%
