State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Toyota Yaris a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $16,865.85.
We successfully settled the claim for $19,778.16. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,787.31 or 41.9%.
Net settlement increase was $2,912.31 or 17.3%
