GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Germania Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Chevrolet Colorado a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $23,117.94.
We successfully settled the claim for $24,892.95. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,015.89 or 8.4%.
Net settlement increase was $1,775.01 or 7.7%
