GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Pronto Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $31,523.00. The Pronto settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,483.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $34,500.00. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $1,483.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $798.60 or 7.9%.
Net settlement increase was $2,977.00 or 9.4%
