GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Nationwide Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Chrysler Town & Country Wagon a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $13,584.00. The Nationwide settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,998.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,413.25. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $2,998.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $394.79 or 8.0%.
Net settlement increase was $3,829.25 or 28.2%
