GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Pronto Insurance had deemed our client’s 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $6,218.00. The Pronto settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,215.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $18,000.00. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $2,215.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $6,127.50 or 80.7%. In addition our client received a return of equity of $1,907.67 over and above his lender payoff.
Net settlement increase was $11,719.00 or 176.0%
