GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Texas Farm Bureau Insurance had deemed our client’s 2013 Honda Accord a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $10,108.00. The Texas Farm Bureau settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $866.46 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $11687.50. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $866.46 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $315.72 or 39.4%
Net settlement increase was $1,579.50 or 15.6%
