GAP Provider Liability Realignment
USAA Insurance had deemed our client’s 2013 Nissan Altima a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $10,229.90. The USAA settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $899.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $11,672.77. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $899.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $168.87 or 14.6%.
Net settlement increase was $1,442.87 or 14.1%
