GAP Provider Liability Realignment
USAA Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Nissan Altima a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $13,737.25. The USAA settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $804.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $16,312.75. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $804.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $795.01 or 67.0%.
Net settlement increase was $2,575.50 or 18.7%
