GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $14,393.75. The Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,731.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,936.13. The revised settlement satisfied our client $1,731.00 liability, and left the GAP Provider with No Liability.
Net settlement increase was $3,542.38 or 24.6%
