GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $18,815.19. The Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,214.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $22,297.53. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $1,214.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,512.94 or 18%.
Net settlement increase was $3,482.34 or 18.5%
