GAP Provider Liability Realignment
USAA Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $14,269.38. The USAA settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $888.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $16,468.75. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $888.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability 100%.
Net settlement increase was $2,199.37 or 15.4%
