GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota RAV4 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $27,737.59. The State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,131.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $32,033.28. The revised settlement satisfied our client $1,131.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $2,256.09 or 21.1%.
Net settlement increase was $4,295.69 or 15.5%
