GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Infinity County Mutual Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Toyota Tundra a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $24,519.38. The Infinity County Mutual settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $730.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $27,737.69. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $730.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,654.86 or 45.4%.
Net settlement increase was $3,218.31 or 13.1%
