GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Texas Farm Bureau Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Chevrolet Equinox a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $25,717.09. Texas Farm Bureau settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $989.20 lagging balance with their lender Randolph Brooks after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $28,900.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $989.20 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $47.22 or 63.5%.
Net settlement increase was $3,182.91 or 12.4%
