GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota Camry a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $20,084.58. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,148.50 lagging balance with their lender Toyota Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $25,437.13. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,148.50 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,687.22 or 73.7%.
Net settlement increase was $5,352.55 or 26.7%
