GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $19,840.05. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $694.60 lagging balance with their lender NMAC after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $21,288.19. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $694.60 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $72.06 or 1.7%.
Net settlement increase was $1,448.14 or 7.3%
