GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Texas Farm Bureau Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $16,114.59. The Texas Farm Bureau settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $715.56 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,796.88. The revised settlement satisfied our client $715.56 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $550.06 or 6.4%.
Net settlement increase was $1,682.29 or 10.4%
