GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Texas Farm Bureau Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $13,410.22. The Texas Farm Bureau settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,340.68 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $14,750.90. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $1,340.68 liability to the lender.
Net settlement increase was $1,340.68 or 10.0%
