GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Texas Farm Bureau Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota Camry a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $26,731.16. The Texas Farm Bureau settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,561.83 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $28,876.25. The revised settlement satisfied our client $1,561.83 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $79.48 or 1.2%.
Net settlement increase was $2,145.09 or 8.0%
